“Yog is ‘Yesterday’s Heritage, Today’s Need, Tomorrow’s Culture”, Swami Satyananda Saraswati.

Our life today is full of complex problems like worry, unhealthiness, mental imbalance, dissatisfaction, restlessness, indigestion, disease, illness, etc. As a solution to all this, we have happiness, satisfaction, Purity, and looking at peace, their limitations have become clear, so a key to solving today’s problems is needed.

Traditional Yog branch is a free key to every seeker to physical strength, mental clarity and emotional peace, spiritual richness, and awakening of mind power.

What is Yog:  Yog is not physical exercise.

Yog is a miracle, not a sorcery sudavidaya, nor is it merely a branch of disease or a branch of birth. Yog is not yoga; Yog is a regular sacred practice. It has a beautiful combination of Asana, Pranayama, Sudhvikriya, Bandha, Mudra, and Dharana-Dhyana. Yog is an ideal way of life. The yog branch has a history of thousands of years. In this historical yog tradition, the Vedas, the Upanishads, the Puranas, the Bhagavad Gita, Patanjali’s yoga philosophy, etc are included.  Click the given button below to know more about Our Courses.
